We make our products in small batches, ensuring you’ll get the freshest product. Our products are all handcrafted, inspected and packaged individually.

Orders can be made via, WhatsApp, Email and our Website. Orders are delivered to your address or can be collected from Fourways, Johannesburg with prior arrangement.

Postage or courier delivery is additional to the total product cost.

Parcels with products are sent from Johannesburg by a courier or you can arrange to collect from Fourways, Johannesburg. Courier arrangements, if you are not at home to receive or provide incorrect address, are your responsibility. We provide tracking number and courier contact details.

You can receive deliveries via South African Post but collecting the orders from your local post office are your responsibility. We don't encourage this delivery method as it is unreliable.

Payment can be made cash, electronic banking transfer or direct deposit to bank. Banking details are emailed on order placement.

Due to the sensitive nature of the ingredients in our products, please store away from heat, light and other products that may contaminate. We don't advise using the products for longer than 2 months when first opened.

Unfortunately, we do not offer money back guarantee. Use of any products sold by us will be at your own discretion and responsibility. By purchasing and using our products you agreed that you have made a well-informed decision beforehand.
